I have kept chickens for around ten years now, and have cared for a variety of different ages, breeds, and the occasional feisty cockerel! Throughout the years I have learnt many different ways in which to care for chickens, from injuries and illnesses to look out for, broody hens, and of course the best treats. I adore spending time with chickens, and would be more than happy to ensure yours are well looked after!
Cleaning practices
I am happy to follow from your usual routine, which is likely to be a morning and evening visit, and collecting any eggs. After letting the chickens out in the morning, I will ensure everyone is happy, healthy and safe. I will also make sure they have plenty of food and water for the day, and their coop/ run is secure for them. In the evening I will check everyone has gone to bed, and make sure they are secure for the night.
